Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

• We have a 3 day return & exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request for a return or exchange.
• To be eligible for a return or exchange your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. 
• Sale items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• We do not issue cash refund, we will offer a Nia Fitness gift card equal to the purchase amount excluding shipping fees.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
